At Flower Knows, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the delicate nature of our cosmetic artistry, items must remain in their original vintage-inspired packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your region.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the unused products in their original aesthetic boxes and protective bubble wrap to ensure they arrive back to us without damage.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
